Narak 405 Cross

The new Narak 405 Cross is a crossover kayak, which means it can be paddled at sea and in rivers or lakes. Its short length makes it easy to manoeuvre, even in small rivers, thus the Narak line of its bow and its particular stern makes it seaworthy. With a 10 minutes assembly time, this aluminum framed kayak is ready to paddled everywhere and be packed in campers or yachts.

    Narak 460

The Narak 460 is Nautiraid’s coastal kayak.

Shorter and lighter than the Narak 550, it features its big sister’s hull lines while being wider with a more spacious cockpit. This makes it ideal for both experienced and beginner river and sea excursionists.

The keyhole coaming can hold all sizes of paddlers while making it easier to position your knees.

You can order your Narak 460 with or without Stabilairs® to suit your needs and paddling plans. The Narak 460 is available with a choice of wooden or aluminium frame.

    Narak 550

Inspired by Arctic kayaks, the Narak 550 is an adaptation of a Greenland kayak to European sizes.

It features a hard chine hull, making it one of Nautiraid’s fastest and best ocean-going kayaks. Without Stabilairs, it lists and offers first rate dynamic behaviour. The only concession to its Inuit big sister is the large coaming made necessary by the folding frame. The Narak 550 pays careful attention to ergonomics as well, with a wedge seat with inflatable sides, a knee wedge and a foot wedge platform to make you feel at one with the boat.

The Narak 550 is available in your choice of wooden or aluminium frame.

    Grand Narak 550

The Grand Narak is the convertible two-seater in the Narak family.

Designed as an oversized single-seater, it stands out with its ability to be just as enjoyable to paddle with two people as by yourself (by putting one of the two seats in the middle).

The Stabilairs provide great stability alongside the Narak hull’s other features, with its high stem for slicing through the sea, chine hull for straight steering, and its advanced beam for sharp turns and surfing following waves.

Narrower than the Grand Raids, which can carry bulkier loads, this is the fastest of the Nautiraid two-seaters. Your daily range is therefore greater and less tiring.

Used as a single-seater, it becomes an expedition kayak with a remarkable load capacity.

    Grand Narak 550 aviron

Nautiraid now sells a kit compatible with the Grand Narak 550 so you can use it with oars. This kit includes a sliding seat, downwind delta with Schröder gate and pair of composite oars that come in two parts.

This expedition skiff can be disassembled and stored in three bags, which means you can transport it in any car, boat, plane, etc.

With a much faster cruising speed than a kayak, it also boasts sufficient carrying capacity for unsupported expeditions of several weeks.
